Redesigned the onboarding and user experience for GYST, an AI business intelligence platform for creators, based on in-depth insights and a detailed brief.

Overview
This project was completed over six weeks as part of my studies at Hyper Island, in collaboration with a real client. We were provided with a detailed brief, including in-depth insights into the target user and their key pain points. Working in a team of five, we developed a user journey map, storyboard, and user flow, and redesigned the onboarding experience. We also created a new design system to support a more consistent and user-friendly interface.
My main responsibilities focused on the design system and UI design, where I contributed to the visual direction and overall user experience.
The Challenge
Mobile, browser-first platform that enables elite content creators and their business teams to interact naturally with their business data, use text and/or voice to ask complex revenue questions in plain language, and receive personalised, intuitive visualisations that adapt daily to their preferences.
Problem Statements
Top content creators and their teams generate multi-platform income but lack a cohesive and intelligent way to interpret financial and audience data simply. Existing analytics tools are static, cognitively complex, and designed for analysts rather than creators, leaving teams disempowered and guessing at performance insights.
